Post Earth Day
Thank God that Earth Day wend on smoothly... very smoothly.
I din know that the ozone hole is smaller now. Thanks to the cooperation of all people in the world. Somehow, it gives a tinge of hope with regard to the current problem of climate change, except that carbon dioxide emission is harder to tackle. UNless we use hydrogen gas as fuel, then no carbon dioxide will be emitted.
I also learnt that by eating less beef, we help the environment. Why? 1 kg of beef means much more grass, means clearing forest to have more grass for cow!
Anyway, hav been very very tired. Have not recovered from the fatigue and stress. And there are other stresses, which on hingsight, due to my bad decision-making. I could have decide to do less. Sigh.
Well.. I know God will see me through. That's for sure.... :-)

Earth Day

Thank God, it is over. I am glad that people benefitted from the programme - at least some.
Most importantly, there needs to be a genuine care for Earth - God's creation.
As Christian, I am called to serve God's creation and I am glad I am did something meaningful, though there were parts that were not so, personally.
Got interviewed by reporter of Chinese Newspaper but never showed. haha

Baptism, Good Friday and Easter
Eliora was baptised on 1 April, Palm Sunday. I am not kidding. She was baptised on that day. It was very meaningful as we commit ourselves before God and the church that we will faithfully bring her up in the manner pleasing to God, leading her into a relationship with God, and to obey God.
We also prayed for healing for her left eye so that her teary eye will be well (caused by tear duct that is blocked). It is better but waiting for a complete healing.
On Easter night (last night), I used a children track to share the Gospel to Zuriel and Karis. They prayed and invited Jesus into their lives, as their Saviour and Lord. It was a simlple but perhaps the most significant decision in their lives. They are so young, so I will need to spend time to help them discover the meaning and priviledg of that decision. I am so happy!!
That's all for now.
