What's the toughest part being a leader? I think it is dealing with human.
Had to counsel and encourage new staff. And to handle MC of staff and other problems.
Got to be mindful of their needs, abilities, weaknesses and then deploy them to their classes and then they have their own needs and requests.. etc.

THe good things is I get to epxress God's love to them.
