"I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the Lord sustained me."

When one's life is threatened and being pursued by enemies, to wake up alive is not to be taken for granted. David, the psalmist was being pursued by enemies. The amazing thing is that he could sleep. If I were in his position, I would probably be too nervous to sleep. Yet he placed his trust in God and know that the Lord will watch over him.

Faced with stressful situation? Look to God for a good sleep and rest in his arms.

He will protect and guide you through.
