"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!"

The most uplifting time in my lives are often during worship service. Sometime, it is not during corporate worship service but personal time with God, those time when I praise God in my own words.

I am never a good singer. I suspect I am either slightly tone death, or can't follow the beats or both. But I enjoy making new songs to God when i am by myself. I will use a familiar tune and put in my own words to praise God. They were uplifting.

In fact, it seem that my stress index and praise index go hand-in-hand. Moments like when I applied to enter NIE and was waiting for a long time for the reply, or those time when I was studying in NUS, being the last few to leave the library at 9.45 pm. I recall I sang many praises to God while I was walking to the bus stop.

There were the good time too. When I gazed at the beauties of sun set and sun rise, or with family and friends.

Or when I discovered Biblical truth and God's love.

God deserves our praise. He is worthy!!

Lord, thank you for the sun, rain and rainbow. Thank you for family and friends. Thank you for being Great and Love. Thank you. Amen.
