"Honour the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase."

Honour God is not lip service. It is in real practical way. Sometime it is so easy to be abstract in our religion. True spirituality is not some meditation but acting in ways that honour God. That includes our possession. Someone says that it is easy to tithe when it is just $10. But not so when it is $10000. It is true. I think my tithe would have sponsor me a trip to europe.

But honour God does involve some pain. Then it is meaningful.

Lord, thanks for accepting my underserving offerings to honour you. Amen
