"For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding."

To be wise is to show good judgement. Have you ever wonder how people judge in beauty contest or judge an art piece? We can't judge unless we know what is good or ideal. CS Lewis suggested that when we say something is incomplete or no good, we sub-consciously have an idea of what is good or complete.

But to really have an idea of what is good or perfect, we got to look to the One who is truly perfect and good. He is God. God is complete, perfect and good. His word gives wisdom. Search His word and know His will and we will truly know wisdom and judge correctly.

Lord, help me never to get tired in seeking your precepts and way so that I may be truly wise. Amen.
