"The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, And upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death Light has dawned."

This verse marks the begining of Jesus minstry after being tempted in the wilderness for 40 days. And Jesus minstry is about bringing light into the world of darkness. As His friends, we too are called to bring His light into the dark world of others so that they may see light in their lives.

How to bring light into their world? I think contact is the only way. Connect with people. Take time to build raport, to hear them, to know them and to love them. But we also need to be sure we are bearing His light. That'll mean constantly fellowship with Him and His people (Church) and to keep ourselves from sin. Sin will stain the vessel which bear the light.

Lord, help me not to be tired of minstering to people and at the same time, keep me holy so that my live is a testimony of your love and light. Amen.
